I wanted to drop you a note after visiting your store yesterday. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by your new salesman Scott Preszler. I'm in the early stages of getting back on to a motorcycle after many years away. I was looking for entry level and had done a little research on the royal enfield Himalayan. Scott was really helpful in answering questions, hustling around to move bikes out for me and taking me through the process. I wasn't crazy about the feel, and Scott quickly made other suggestions. Unfortunately, I was trying out other bikes through the day, and ended up deciding on the bmw gs300...main reasons are that it's lighter, I like the feel better and it matches my bmw truck. Scott followed up later in the day, and i let him know. I proactively asked if I could leave a review or shoot his manager a note...thus the email. I will say, all things equal, I would absolutely buy a bike from Scott. If I get comfortable riding over the next season, and decide to upgrade, I'll be back. I grew up in sales and know how hard it is out of the gate. I've also managed and know how difficult it is getting the right people and keeping them. Scott has all the attributes to excel....sincere, thoughtful, positive attitude, engaging, but not overbearing, and just a good guy. I felt badly I didn't buy from him, which is saying a lot. Again, I will definitely keep you guys front of mind and recommend you to others. All the best.

My wife and I bought a new Roadmaster from this dealership. Our experience all around had been pleasant and that of a customer who buys a premium product. It started with talking to Mr. Robert Gaulin, who explained the products and choices. Austin did a wonderful job of explaining the bike, its features and details. He got all our questions answered patiently. Great sales job. Jeff, the senior manager, was very helpful in putting some anxiety (about the size of the bike) to rest, with my wife. Eric Gaulin was meticulous in giving us all the details and choices we had. It is good to see a person passionate about doing his job. We appreciate our experience.

Celebrated my b-day today by visiting the Brookfield Indian dealership with my twin brother. I saw the Black Horse Challenger, 116 ci. I like bikes that are fully dressed with the full wrap around passenger seat. Sissybars aren't common much anymore. I like having the passenger having a full backrest. It also seems that heel-toe shifters are fading away. Heel- toe is the way to go. GPS is very nice. Full fairing vs. bare - I'm still loving a bare front. Chieftain vs. Challenger - still undecided as I didn't test ride today. They're quiet compared to my bike. I love a throaty sound. Handlebars seem a bit different but again I didn't test ride yet. I'd probably custom design with different handlebars. The woman was very friendly.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great staff and family owned. Very knowledgeable. They even bought me lunch while I waited for all my paperwork to be sorted out.

These folks, Betsey, Eric, Robert, Frank, and Billy, will do everything they can to make your experience at their "home," the best it can be. You will not be disappointed. Although I kind of gave them a "crazy" uncalled for hard time, they never let it bother them. That alone, says a lot. Betsey went totally out of her way, above and beyond, to make sure I was happy. Eric, despite the fact that I called him "hard nosed," made me feel great. Robert was amazing on the phone to me. Frank made the delivery process outstanding. And Billy was great in his delivery. And you cannot beat the showroom array of beautiful bikes. You may want to buy more than one. I suppose I should say something negative, but nothing was negative about my overall experience. Even my two hour drive to get to the dealership was pleasant. Go visit the folks at Brookfield, you will not be disappointed!!

Drove all the way from Philadelphia with a friend of mine to buy a Victory bike this morning.

I always said "if" I got a bike it was going to be a classic Chief, for a lot of different reasons that are part of another conversation. When I learned how to ride I started looking for a first bike. I saw a Chief on the website for Brookfield Indian. It was a used bike someone had customized pretty much the way I would have. Of course when I went to go look at it, it had sold. I met Dave, who showed me other Chiefs and Springfields I was interested in. But after talking about differences in handling he explained that given my experience level, which was none, he felt the scout would serve me well. He was not wrong, I loved everything about that bike and all the help the staff gave me in making it my own. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always wanting to be part of the experience. This past summer when I went up for one of their events Dave showed me a Chief Darkhorse that had come in. He said if you ride it you won't regret it. He and I went for a ride and he was right again. I did have one regret...I only had room for one bike. So the Chief came home and they have been helping me make it my own ever since. Again the staff is very knowledgeable and always has an idea in mind about something you want to make happen. This past Christmas my wife bought a new LED headlight for my bike from Brookfield. It was a popular item and they had to order it for her. They got the delivery the day before, so we were surprised to say the least when the doorbell rang on Christmas Eve and there was Dave with the headlight my wife had ordered. If that's not customer service I don't know what is. Again great product and great staff. I don't know what my next bike will be, but I know where it's going to come from.

I had a great experience at Brookfield Indian. I picked up a 2017 Scout that was set up for cruising with windshield, backrest, floor boards, passenger pillion, aftermarket pipes and highway bars. From the test ride to driving the motorcycle home, the entire experience was seamless due to the enthusiastic, helpful sales staff. It seemed to me that everybody was there because they genuinely enjoyed working at Brookfield Indian and enjoyed making their customers happy. The Staff was friendly, courteous and extended themselves whenever possible. I even spoke to the service manager and received some good, low cost ideas on how to increase the horsepower in My Scout. This was my best motorcycle buying experience.

The sales folks are great and knowledgeable about their product and their competitors products as well. The showroom is welcoming and they have a great selection of products. There's a reasons these folks are a top dealer for Indian, they're wonderful to work with and honest folks. They've convinced me that an Indian could be my next motorcycle purchase.

BEYOND PLEASED! I was stationed in Germany when I decided to purchase an Indian and began working with Dave on the details. It was a challenge with tree 6hr time difference but he made the entire experience easy and got back to me timely with any questions I had. When I returned back to Connecticut the bike had just been located and he was working to have it in the shop and my add-ons equipped so I could get rolling. He ended up going to pick up the bike because of a delay so he could get it ready sooner and when I arrived I was greeted with a friendly hello and finally put a name to a face. From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership to the moment I left I felt like I was VIP, as everyone was professional and moved quickly. I ran into a snag and they were able to work with me to find a resolution so that I could get riding that day. They truly did a great job welcoming me to the Indian family by giving a VIP experience from meeting the owner of the dealership to all gathering around to unveil the bike before departure. Despite the shop being a little over an hour away it was worth the drive. Even my buddy was impressed and began looking at bikes during the whole time hw was with me. This dealership is great!!! The people there are wonderful to deal with. Jack is the man to deal with. He was understanding and patient. He helped me trade in my 2018 scout 60 for a 2019 Springfield dark horse matte white on an excellent deal. So deal with Jack when you go down. He is so polite and professional I mistook him as the owner. You will not regret it, trust me.

I came back to this family owned dealership for my 500 mile service on my 2019 Chieftain that I bought earlier this year because of the wonderful experience we had in the past. Mark in service is great and will give you his honest opinion on what your bike needs or what you think you might want done to it. They were great. I had been looking at bikes and found a Victory Cross Country there. I fell in love with gave them a down payment and they held it for 3 weeks. The service was great and I plan on staying in contact with them for future parts and bikes.

If you are a person like myself, you want the straight up honest truth. Then Brookfield Indian Motorcycle is exactly where you need to go. I was in the market for a new motorcycle after a few years with my 2007 Suzuki C90T, I wanted to go American brand for sure and be on a bagger. I was really stuck on Harley Davidson for reasons of my childhood and because it's a Harley. I rode the Street Glide before this year, but a lot of people at my job kept saying Indian Chieftain. I ended up going to the Brookfield Indian Motorcycle website and noticed they had a 2018 still on the floor. So, I inquired online and spoke to Jack within the hour to setup a day to meet. Finally the day came and I took the drive down from Stratford. Entering the dealership I was greeted by Dave who was very pleasant and I informed him I was meeting Jack. During the wait Dave and I went over the Chieftain's features and what it offers over the Street Glide. Dave explained he was a Harley rider so he was able to provide a great comparison. Another great part of the dealership is they have Harleys on the floor to compare to or test ride, especially Street Glides and Road Glides. I finally met with Jack who was very pleasant and extremely honest since he is an experienced rider. We sat and went back and forth on things and never once did Jack push a sale. Jack basically talked to me as if I was a guy he knew for years. He set up a test drive for me with Eric; he rides the next model up - the Roadmaster. Let's just say after the awesome route Eric took me on I was in a serious toss up between the Chieftain and Street Glide. I of course was leaning Indian for sure after the comfort and handling it had. Of course I wouldn't tell that to them haha. Jack and I spoke again, again never pushing a sale. He simply said to go home and sleep on it and he would hold the bike as we planned to communicate on Saturday. In the end, Jack wanted me to be happy with my decision no matter what. I definitely tried to sleep on it, but of course I am a research machine and started Google searching everything and watching Youtube videos for a mass amount of time. It definitely make the decision more concrete. The reason I went Chieftain is because of its comfort while riding, it has enough power for sure. Of course the competitor has a few more horsepower, but I'd rather take 4 inches of suspension over 2 inches over 6 hp difference. Plus with a little extra $$ that 6hp can be obtained quickly. Additionally, bang for the buck!! I went to Jack on Saturday to inform him of my decision. After having both test rides done on the 2018 models, I would keep saying Chieftain to friends and family who want a Bagger bike. I can honestly say this dealership was very honest, straight to the point, and didn't do any credit checks until my decision was made on the Indian. That is providing a lot more customer service then other dealers in my book. So, to the next prospective customer: I highly recommend this dealership, you will not be disappointed at all and will be blown away on the Chieftain's ride quality! From the owner Rob, Jack, Dave, Eric, Melissa, and the rest of the Brookfield crew that made the delivery experience very special...Thank you very much! Here I bought my 2015 Triumph Speedmaster with only 1,500 miles on it. For the last month I've been riding that baby almost everyday and already have over 1000 extra miles on it. I was very impressed with the staff at the Dealership. When I walked in to look at a bike I was greeted and was showed the bike I was interested in. Dave came over when he was finished with his other customers to answer any questions I had. Jack made the financial side of things easy. I was approved while sitting there discussing the bike. Throughout the whole transaction I have been greeted by all staff members. I recently stopped by service to ask a question which was answered. and while I was there, Jack and Dave both came to say Hi and asked if I was enjoying the bike. I recently purchased my 18 Chieftain Limited and the experience could not have been better. Starting with well designed layout and cleanliness of the showroom to the professional and accommodating staff. At no time did I ever feel pressured or rushed or had that feeling we were being followed around, however the staff was easily accessible if I had a question. I highly this dealership!

The showroom is huge with plenty of space to experience each motorcycle not all crowded together like some motorcycle dealers. They also offer riding gear and apparel & chrome parts and pieces. The service department is excellent. I mean they really go above and beyond they go the extra mile. I brought my 2016 Indian Springfield in for routine service and she left out of there running even better then when she went in. Their attention to detail is impeccable. They went over every inch of that bike with a fine-tooth comb and greased and lubed every little spot. They even stayed open late and waited for my wife to come pick me up so I wouldn't have to sit outside. This dealership is really top-notch.

Can't say enough about the folks at Brookfield Indian Motorcycle. There are salespeople who push a product they want you to buy because that's their job, and then there are people who happen to sell a product that they're enthusiastic about and think you would be too. I'm happy to say, in my first experience visiting BIM, I found genuine great human beings in Chelsea, Patti, Robert, Eric and the rest of the staff. They treat you like VIP/old friends as soon as you walk in the door. These folks let the Indian brand speak for itself without being pushy in any way, show the confidence in their product, and take time investing in their customers regardless of status. They're just good people who love their work, radiating good vibes and happiness without even trying. That goes a long way in my book. I can assure you, when the time is right, I won't go anywhere else for my bike but BIM.

Awesome place and great staff. Really wanted to check out a Dark Horse so I headed on over toward the end of July. Due to my work schedule I ended up getting there just before they closed. Got a warm welcome and to my delight a test ride! Eric went over the bike in detail and what I'd be looking at for cost and so on well beyond their closing time. Over the next month Greg helped me get everything how I wanted it and answered any and every question I could think of. Picked up the bike mid August and could not be happier! Had some work done on the bike as well and it is perfect. Thank you again!

Hi guys! I wanted to put out a huge thank you to Rob and Greg of Brookfield Indian. Both of you worked with me to try to get my Harley going today at the Terryville Fairgrounds. Ultimately, I had to get a trailer and carry it home (its a Harley... Need I say more?). You guys provided not only your tools and time, but patience and humor to make a difficult situation bearable and in the rain no less. While I have no plans for a new bike at this time, when I do, It will be an Indian. If they run half as good as the compassion of the dealership, it will just about float on air! Thank you again!

We currently own a CVO HD and drove by to check the new digs. To my pleasant surprise I was welcomed by a very, very hospitable staff. Patty, her son Eric and Johnny were a delight They gave me a tour and had great casual conversations and zero pressure sales tactics. I originally came to see a used HD and when looking at the Indian bikes in person I was amazed by the quality build and design. I test drove the Indian Chief Dark Horse and was impressed with nimble feel (its a heavy bike after all), torque, sound of the Thunder Stroke 111 and aggressive no BS looks. If anyone is thinking about the Indian brand I highly recommend visiting in person to see these beauties in the flesh. They are stunning and you will be welcomed by an amazing staff!

Bought a 2017 Indian Chief Vintage. Super experience, they treat you like family although we bought it before they actually opened...in the parking lot. Was and has been a great experience. Check them out and ask for Jim the sales manager. The owner, Robert is a great guy too, could not do enough to make the experience a pleasure. Eric in the Service department gave us all the info we needed and Sherri in finance helped us close the deal with minimum drama. Wish we could buy another bike from them but one at a time...

We were impressed with the family ownership yesterday, at their grand opening. Chelsea (Daughter) introduced herself and made us feel welcome. They still have some growing to do but, we suspect their customer base will grow along with them.

I was out for a Saturday afternoon cruise on my HD and drove past a Indian banner on the side of the road. Made a u-turn and pulled into and up to the parking lot. I visited the new Brookfield Indian store on Federal Road last weekend and was very impressed with the facility. Big and beautiful. Not your typical showroom. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and really friendly. The real stars, however, are the bikes. They're big, beautiful and show well. So much, in fact, that I ended up purchasing a 2017 Chief Vintage and couldn't be happier. Thanks to Jim, Eric, Sherri, Susan and the rest of the staff. Take a ride to see 'em. I am excited about this new dealership opening up near me. I was fortunate to stop by there today on a whim not thinking they would be open. They were having an open house of sorts. Beautiful bikes and very friendly folks. The place looks fantastic and comes with some neat perks. Definitely telling everyone I know about it. Only giving it 4 stars because they are still setting up. I am confident that it will be bumped up to 5 in short order. If you love motorcycles like I do, stop in and check it out.
